The zingfit team is not permitted to alter or make changes to any data points within the studio's account.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Reporting data points
- Series or contract activation dates
- Bulk Updates such as:
- Deletions (customer accounts, series, contracts, etc.)
- Expiration dates
- Spot Room updates such as unavailable/available/on hold spots
- Retroactive settings to series and contracts
- Refunds or transactions
We take pride in data integrity within the zingfit system. As your SaaS provider, we understand there may be situations where you would like your reporting, or system to reflect a request of yours. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill any requests that require changing or altering your studio's system data.
Please note: if you want to attempt to make updates to your zingfit data, we are happy to discuss your plan of action to ensure there aren't any unforeseen consequences. It is possible there isn't a workaround for what you are trying to accomplish.
