The best way to manage your open, pending or closed tickets for zingfit is right here in the Knowledge Base!
We highly recommend using this avenue to better manage your conversations with zingfit!
Once you are logged into the Knowledge Base (KB), you will see your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner.
To view all of your zingfit tickets, select your profile and then select 'View Activities'.
My Requests: Any tickets you submitted. You are the main point of contact on this ticket
Requests I'm CC'd on: View all the tickets you are cc'd on
Organization Requests: View all requests related to your studio. If you do not see these requests, please request for zingfit support to create your organization and we are happy to do so!
Each view is organized with the following column headers:
Subject: Subject of the ticket
ID: Ticket IDs are the perfect way to identify a specific conversation if you are on the phone with the support team
Created: The date the ticket was created
Last Activity: The date the ticket was last updated
- Open: The ticket is still open and being worked on by zingfit
- Solved: The ticket is solved for and is no longer being worked on
- Awaiting your Reply: The zingfit team is waiting to hear from you to continue the conversation to the best help!
