To view and access all customer information, navigate to Admin>People>Customers.
The Customer section of your zingfit account allows you to:
- Search and update active and deleted customers
- Run a report based on customer birthdays or gender
- Configure customer fields
- Export all customers
- +New Customer
This toggle acts as a filter to provide visibility on active and deleted customers.
Using the search 'Birthday between' dropdown menus allows the studio to filter based on a specific date range.
If the Birthday system email is activated, zingfit will automatically send the customer a customized birthday greeting.
If the studio is integrated with MailChimp, the studio can tag the results of the birthday search and upload into MailChimp to create a marketing campaign outside of zingfit.
Configure Customer Fields
The Customer Configuration Field in zingfit will allow you to fully customize the New Customer sign up fields on your site. This is where you control what fields you display, what fields you are requiring and how to add custom fields to your sign up process. For more information, go here.
Export all customers
This is a permission-based feature that will provide a raw export of all the customers registered for the studio. We strongly suggest restricting this permission in the role set up as it is a powerful feature- you may not want some employees having a full list of all customers.
This option is used for staff to sign up customers in the studio. The New Customer form will reflect the specific preferences set up in your Customer Configuration fields.
Once all fields have been filled out for the new customer, select 'Save Changes' to add the customer to the studio customer base.
