If you have a Branded iOS or Android app with zingfit, you will have the ability to manually push notifications to all app users to inform them of any studio updates, such as upcoming maintenance, promotions, etc.
How to push a notification from your dashboard
Navigate to your mobile app dashboard by logging into your zingfit admin system manager, and going to Admin>Configuration>Mobile App.
On your Dashboard, you will see a 'Push Notification' button
Click this button to open a screen where you can type any message you want to relay to your app users.
Once your message is perfected, click Send and the message will appear as a push notification.
Why didn't my clients receive my notification?
If the app user has chosen to disable any push notifications, they will not receive your message. If an app user does have notifications enabled and is not receiving the notifications, please reach out to the support team so we can best help.
What messages should I push manually?

- Promotions or deals
- Schedule/Instructor changes
- Any informative notification you would like to relay
