Every once in a while, it is easier to schedule a phone call with our support team vs. emailing every single issue you may be experiencing. We completely understand this need, which is why we are opening our phone lines for scheduled calls to best help you and your studio.
It is important to know these calls are strictly 15 minutes long. Any time over 15 minutes may be subject to billable time.
Depending on the contract you have with zingfit, will depend on the number of scheduled calls as well as whether or not it is a billable call.
Studio- Email Support Only. All scheduled phone calls are billable.
Boutique- 4 inbound calls to the technical support team per month. If a call is scheduled after the 4 inbound calls in one month, the scheduled time will be billable.
Boutique Plus- 8 inbound calls to the technical support team per month. If a call is scheduled after the 8 inbound calls in one month, the scheduled time will be billable.
Elite- Dedicated Phone and Email Support.
