Studio admins have content control over the messaging in automatically-generated zingFit system emails. To access your System Email settings click Admin> Configuration> System Emails. Below is a snapshot of just a few of the ever-evolving list of automated system emails that zingFit offers.
Some emails are set by default to stay offline unless the studio enables them.
The add email option exists to accommodate email trigger items that might need variance in the content such as different Series Expiring.
Be careful when copying the text because it can override the HTML font code selected. You can clear that by selecting the text and clicking the "Tx" button. Also, view the "Source" to see the HTML code.
Text Place Holders
Eventually, all zingFit System Emails will be equipped with Text Placeholders. As of now a few of our new System Emails are enabled with placeholders such as; Contract Billing Failed, Contract On Debit and Contract Renewal. Use these placeholders to auto-populate fields from the client profile. Note that some System Emails have more placeholders available for use than others (placeholders will only work on the emails they are available for). Also, placeholders will not work in the subject line, only the body of the email (only [companyname] will work).
